People have learned what plantigrade and digitigrade legs are just by looking at furry porn and its tags, and people have been motivated to learn real anatomy in order to draw porn. But I can't imagine many people have passively learned how to draw anatomically correct musculature, skin, fat, ligaments, etc from looking at porn.

Theoretically yes, practically though it's nearly impossible.
