The beef is very high in protein and vitamins, and the human body does require a certain minimal amount of fat. It's slathered in greasy, sugary, salty, ultra-processed condiments, though. The bread is very starchy, which is maybe not the optimum basis for the human diet, at least if you aren't doing brutal physical labor sunup to sundown like a 19th Century farm laborer.
